Apple's Story...
Apple is a super sweet girl who gets along with everyone. She loves people, other dogs, children, you name it! She's a Border Terrier mix and about a year and a half old.

She's a bit of an escape artist, so care must be taken when leaving her alone. If you need to leave her in a car, she must be in a crate from which she can't escape. She's also been known to climb over 3 foot tall chain linked fences when spooked.

Apple loves to snuggle. She's a great sleeper. She currently sleeps in the bed with her foster mom and is a gem! Loves to play and snuggle first thing in the morning! She is microchipped, spayed and up-to-date on her shots.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Apple, a Los Angeles Border Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Terrier for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Border Terrier dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Terrier breeders who help with Border Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
