Justin's Story...
Justin is a Shelter Puppy Dog:
adoption date is 1-25-08 and can be put to sleep any time after the adoption date. As of this Month, Justin is still at the shelter in need of rescue.

This handsome young man is around 5 months old, is Medium in size, walks on a leash, sits when asked, he appears to be a very sweet & loving little boy, happy, full of puppy love & fun, pretty well mannered, playful, and is a special boy that is in need of a family to love.

Dawn gave a little test by looking in Justin's mouth, pulling on his ears and tail, holding his paw and giving him a little kiss and hug. Justin appeared to past the test with no problems, he could use some puppy school obedience classes. Like all of our shelter dogs, we suggest a well fenced yard for Justin to play and be safe in. We feel he may make an outstanding fun loving family member & companion If you wish, Justin can be tested around Dogs & Cats here at the shelter.

Act quickly to adopt Justin. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Justin, a Grass Valley Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Grass Valley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Grass Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grass Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grass Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grass Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
