My name is Ethel and I am a Black/Tan Chihuahua/Min Pin mix. I am 10 years old and very shy, but I am also very sweet. Once you get down on my level I will come and sit on you lap and just love every minuet of it! Remember age is just a number! The shelter is open 12-4, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
