My story

Meet Olive Oil! This adorable 7-yr old shih tzu mix was dumped by her family because they wanted to have children and no longer wanted her. She was left abandoned when her family moved and a relative saved her after discovering her situation and decided that giving her to a rescue would be her only hope of a better life.

She does have a cataract in one eye but the vet said that it does not cause her any problems and she can see just fine with her other eye. She is VERY sweet and enjoys lounging around the house. She is potty trained and is now flourishing with her foster family but waiting for her forever home!
