Deena's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Deena's Story...
Deena is a petite little Tabico (gray tabby with calico markings) born approximately June 3, 2013. She was originally rescued from a farm in Coatesville and was adopted in November 2013. However her owner must relocate for her job and the company is not providing any pet housing provisions. She sadly returned Deena back to SCB.

Deena is a confident, active, sweet little kitty. She came into her foster home and without an ounce of shyness began to check out her new digs. She loves to be around people but she is always on the move. She’ll run around and then come back for cuddles and kisses and then run around again.

Her previous adopter says for Deena: “You’ll be happy to know that I’m a great, loving, cuddly girl. I even play well with dogs.” We’re sure Deena would also say: “Please take me home and give me a forever home full of love and attention.”

Deena is spayed, litterbox trained, is up to date on vaccinations, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Deena, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
