Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi. My name is Koda. I got lost around Christmas 2013, and some really nice people picked me up around 19th Avenue and Peoria. They kept me hoping my humans would come looking for me, but it has now been two months and nobody has claimed me. The apartment is really too small for all of us, so they know it is time to help me find a permanent home where I will be loved and well cared for.
They took me to the vet who says I am a Shepherd mix and probably 1 ½ to 2 years old. I have been neutered, brought up to date on my shots and now have a microchip too!
I am a really good boy (besides being striking in appearance) and I am potty trained. I do have a lot of energy and love to run and play. A home with a back yard would be ideal. However, if you are committed to getting me exercise every day, I would do ok in a condo or home with a smaller yard. I also love to cuddle and am a very loyal boy. I am definitely the type of dog that loves to sleep at your feet (and maybe by your bed if I am really lucky!)
If you give me a good home, I promise I will stay committed to you and be your best friend.
