Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Roameo (named because he was roaming the streets and he’s so loving) is approximately three years old and was rescued directly from the streets. Most likely, his former owners moved and abandoned him because he stayed in the same neighborhood for weeks.
He is very sweet and clever and gets along with everyone he meets, except cats. His temperament is very agreeable: we are fostering him in a home with an already established male dog and have not had a single issue. He has not reacted negatively to any person or dog he’s met, even when they’ve reacted negatively to him. He cocks his head in the cutest way and wags his entire body when he’s super happy. He wants to please and is easily motivated by treats and love. He is housebroken, knows “sit” and “down’, and is learning how to walk properly on a leash. He still pulls a lot, especially if he gets excited, but will do well with consistent training and work with separation anxiety.
While he is generally calm in the house, he has a lot of energy and needs two walks a day. Once he can be trusted to return on voice command he is going to be awesome at catch. He is very athletic and playful.
He will be neutered on March 15th and recently got all his shots. Please contact Susan at 510.302.9896 or skgard89@gmail.com if you’d like to adopt this wonderful boy.
