Molly's Story...
Hello there! Yes you, the one looking at my adorable pictures and video. So, what do you think? I know you must wonder if I am really that adorable in person. Well, I must say that I AM! I absolutely LOVE to be around people. Can you blame me though? Once I knew what love and attention was, all I wanted to do was give it right back! I currently have three playmates that are really fun. Two are dogs and one is a cat just like me! We get along great and I love it with my fur friends let me chase their tails. Don’t get me wrong though, I love being with my fur friends but I am great at entertaining myself too. My foster mom always tells me how much she loves it when I give her nose kisses and fall asleep on her lap. Now that I know what receiving love and attention is, I can’t wait until I can get my own forever family. Could that be you? If so, please email info@forrescue.net to find out more information about myself and you can even set up a time to meet me. I can’t wait to hear from you!
You can even do the application RIGHT NOW and visit me in Huntsville, AL! Go to www.FORrescue.net and click on resources. See you soon!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Huntsville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
