MEET CHANEL...an adorable, strawberry blonde, 5-6 yr old, 11.8 lb, Shih Tzu Poodle mix....who was having a very bad hair day the morning of this photo shoot!! She came to Lhasa Happy Homes via the Moreno Valley shelter, and why she was passed by is a mystery to us. Chanel is a model citizen, a prize among prizes. This little angel doesn't have a mean bone in her body and seems to like everyone and everything! She is crazy about her toys...loves to shower you with gentle little kisses; she is quiet as a mouse and loves to just go with the flow! While she appears to be potty trained, no guarantees at your house. Chanel just wants to please you...she is grateful to be treated like the princess she is and deserves all the love and attention she appreciates getting. She would be wonderful in a home where there is someone home and another companion dog would be perfect, but not mandatory -- as long as she is not left many hours alone. She is good with children, but not a highly active dog. She would be great to go to see sports games with you and watch the kids....she would be an excellent partner to take to work or to lunch. She is just a love who wants to be loved. Is that you?? One thing more....Chanel could have gone to the Olympics if there was a high jumping event! Gratefully, she doesn't wander off far!
Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID tag!

Most every Sunday, unless we are doing a special event, we are at Century City Mall (10250 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles 90067 behind the Concierge Booth near Brooks Bros) from 12-4pm. You can see this, and many more, adorable pups at this weekly event! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!!! And don't forget to check out our
