Meet Jonas! He is a sweet and mellow Cairn Terrier mix, who weighs 13lbs and is estimated to be 2 years old.
In the few days that Jonas has been in his foster home, he has been the greatest little houseguest! He has been friendly with every person and dog that he has met, and has settled right into living with the resident puppy. Jonas loves to be wherever you are, and will either follow you from room to room, or cuddle up in a spot near you until it's time to relax on the couch. He rides well in the car, and has no problems with being handled (which is a bonus because little coats and sweaters look so cute on him!) His playfulness is starting to come out, but so far he has presented as more of an all-star cuddler! Jonas passed the behavior test at doggie daycare, and was lucky enough to spend a few days there. The staff have given glowing reports, and everyone wants to take him home with them!
Jonas has all of the ideal characteristics that an adopter would be looking for. He is sweet and loving, walks nicely on the leash (he loves outside time!), and is very quiet in the home. He is a polite boy, who just wants to be loved by his people. Jonas sleeps quietly in a crate through the night, and has been fine when left with free access to the home during the work day. He appears suited to adapt to pretty much any living situation!
