Fannie's Story...
Fannie is a sweet, friendly little dog to most people. She is a little more cautious around men, but she is learning. Fannie is happy and affectionate. She may look big in the photos, but Fannie only weighs about 16 lbs., and has long legs, her ears are perfectly upright. She loves playing with other dogs, but can be easily intimidated, so introductions have to go slow. I would not recommend that Fannie live with any small animals. Fannie is definitely a lap dog, and loves to go for walks. She would make a wonderful companion!! Fannie is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and treated with preventatives for parasites. Please fill in the adoption application found on our website : www.masrescue.org. Adoption fee is $250.00. Fannie is waiting for you!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fannie, a Baltimore Manchester Terrier/Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Manchester Terrier/Rat Terrier for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a Manchester Terrier/Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Manchester Terrier/Rat Terrier breeders who help with Manchester Terrier/Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
