Hello, my name is Jill and I am a very calm, sweet, smallish and loving young lady. Thank goodness Animal Lovers of Edisto Canine Rescue saved me from the euthanasia list at a county animal shelter and gave me and my brother Jack a nice kennel with a warm bed, good food and took us to the vet for an exam and vaccinations that same day! Unfortunately two days after being saved I almost died of the Parvo Virus I caught from 3 puppies in the kennel next to me at that county shelter. Thank goodness Dr. Sauls and his staff at Southside Animal Hospital in Charleston (West Ashley), SC worked together night and day for a week and saved me. Boy was that a close call. I was so sick but now six weeks later Dr. Sauls says I am completely clear of Parvo and ready for my forever home. He also said I will never be in danger of getting Parvo again! I like lots of attention and TLC. I love people and other dogs. I think I'm about five to six months old now but don't know who my parents are. I'm very cute and feminine. Think maybe I'm a Walker Hound/Labrador Retriever mix although I'm not interested in hunting! I am very cute, gentle and feminine. Pink is my best color. I'm really smart, know sit and down and walk really good on a leash. With your love and attention I'll be a very appreciative loving pet for you.
