Tara's Story...
Tara is a 7-month-old Hound mix who came to us from Puerto Rico. She has the lean body of a greyhound, and actually looks like a Cirneco dell’Etna, although we’re pretty sure she’s just a gorgeous mixed breed. Tara was petrified when she arrived; there were too many changes in too short of a time for her. She is learning to relax in her foster home. Tara is now starting to come for pets, and follows her foster mom everywhere. She enjoys going for walks in the neighborhood. Tara is good in a crate and she is pottying outside on a regular schedule. Call first if you’re interested in Tara.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tara, a Eatontown Hound (Unknown Type)/Greyhound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Greyhound for sale in Eatontown, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Greyhound puppy from a breeder in Eatontown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Eatontown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Eatontown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Greyhound breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Eatontown paves the way for another one to be saved.
