Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hubba, Hubba, Hubba, what a beauty. Firestar is a beautiful 1 to 2 year old female lab and is of average size weighing 50 lbs. How such wonderful dogs like Firestar end up in shelters is beyond us. We just know that they sure don't belong there. Firestar is such a sweet, calm and laid back girl. She loves everyone and is so happy when she sees someone coming. She greets her people by sitting in front of them and waiting to get her ears rubbed or to get a hug or she rolls over for a belly rub. What a sweetheart. Firestar gets along great will all dogs and especially loves children. She is a very loving girl. Firestar will make a great companion for just about any family. She does very well on a lead and would love to go for long walks in the park. She would have so much fun romping and playing in the yard with children or helping with the springtime gardening. This girl is amazing. We are not sure about the cats, but will cat test if needed. Firestar has been spayed, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and she is micro-chipped. Firestar is also crate trained and has been kept on heartworm preventative and flea/tick preventative. Please complete the online adoption application if you are interested in making this girl a part of your family. Indicate 'Firestar' in the notes section. She will fill your home with a lot of happiness.
