Meet Pepper! Pepper is an adorable 1 1/2 - 2 year young Lhasa Apso mix. She was an "owner surrender" along with her best friend to the South LA Animal Shelter. Pepper's BFF was a bit more outgoing and confident, so she was adopted very quickly, but Pepper is a bit more shy and reserved at first, so Pepper was left behind very scared and confused.

Pepper is quickly coming out of her shell at her foster home and gets along well with her foster siblings. If there is lap around, she will without a doubt jump into it! Pepper is crate trained and has a calm demeanor.
