My story

Our Oliver is such a wonderful boy!!!

He is such a sweet kitty - a very handsome gray cat. Like a lot of boys I know, he doesn't like his pic taken and is even more handsome in person! Oliver is a great dude that gets along nicely with other cats. This darling boy is so sweet and deserving of a loving home!

Ever feel like you could use a new start in life? Oliver understands that well.
He was found as a stray and then the people who found him said he couldn't keep him and they were going to euthanize him!! We told them we would take him about an hour before they did it. No cat is more deserving of a forever home than our Oliver. Oliver would do well with kids, other cats, and probably dogs too.

Please note that Oliver is FIV positive. This just means he needs to be indoor-only and if he were to get sick he needs to be brought to a vet sooner than a negative cat. Basically, his immune system doesn't work as well. He can live a normal lifespan and can live with other cats as long as they are non-fighting as bite wounds are the only way Oliver could spread the disease. Humans cannot get it. Chances are that sense you are already looking at rescues like ours, you are already the type of person who will make regular yearly vet appointments and provide him a nurturing home, so don't worry about that. Our experienced volunteers have cared for many FIV positive kitties and can answer any questions!. Please come visit our beautiful Oliver!
