4/23/14 Gorgeous, Handsome, Smart dog who needs a confident strong leader to love and care for him....Very receptive to learning but does need some one on one attention.. VERY GOOD Potential for a super dog here....smart and willing to please 3-2014 Blitz was rescued just in time when decisions at a county dog pound needed to be made as to what to do with so many dogs......Dogworks Inc took him into rescue. About one year old we believe Blitz to be mostly Boxer mixed with ?.. He is 60 lbs and close to his adult weight. Still a pup with lots of energy, playfulness and curiosity. Knows SIT when asked but needs continued work on leash walking, house manners and greeting people with less exuberance. Still very much a puppy and seems to want to please whomever loves him. Crate trained and housebreaking = seems to have learned to go to the door. Guidance with positive reinforcement works best for training. Has been good with most dogs he meets - he can be too energetic for some older dogs. Seems best with dogs which like to play. Has been good with people. NOT good with cats.
