My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The first step is to fill out an application. You will find it here at: http://www.caninecupids.org/adopt-.html.

We have no physical shelter but are a 100% volunteer foster home based organization.

Zala is very sweet and loving. She just loves attention and affection and is a perfect man's best friend!

She is fully potty trained, does well on leash, comes when called, knows some basic commands and is a gem in the home. She is active, but not overly hyper. Shed be a great walking/jogging partner! While in the home she loves to be cuddled up to her pack and be by their side.

She will need a higher fence due to her ability to jump high heights. She has been around cats and is curious... but not aggressive towards them.

This beautiful girl needs a loving home!Location: Milwaukee, WI
Adoption Fee: $150

All of our dogs are from the Milwaukee, WI area. We have no shelter but rather all our dogs are in foster care in private homes.

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our adoptable Cupids we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We think what is more important is to get to know each dog as an individual and then do our best to describe each of our adoptable Cupids based on their personality in order to determine if they will make a good companion based on your lifestyle. We dot like a dog to be "labeled". Dog behavior is not a breed thing exclusively. It is a complex mix of nature and nurture.

All Adoption Fees Include:

Veterinarian Examination and Health Report
Certificate of Veterinarian Inspection
Heartworm Test (if age appropriate)
Heartworm Prevention
Distemper Combo Vaccination
Bordatella Intranasal Vaccination
Rabies Vaccination (3 months and older)
Spaying/Neutering
Worming
Microchip
Complimentary Collar
$10 off Classes with Behaviorworks
Lifetime of Support from Canine Cupids
The love and companionship of a new best friend!
