Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you're looking for a big, BIG puppy, this is the litter for you!
When we first got the phone call to take these handsome boys, we were told, "Oh, they might be 10 pounds or so." Wrong!
The largest of these boys tips the scale at 21 pounds at only 3 months old, and the other aren't far behind. We believe they're Mastiff/Boxer mixes, and we're expecting them to be 80+ pounds as adults, easily.
And their story is equally as amazing. The boys, along with 7 other brothers and sisters, were found in a box next to a garbage can way back when they were only a couple weeks old and small enough to fit in the palm of your hand.
The family who found them fed them for weeks with eyedroppers before they were finally big and strong enough to eat food.
They were able to find homes for seven of the pups, but after three months of caring for them, they had the last five boys still searching and waiting for homes of their own, so they reached out for help.
You can meet the boys at the shelter Monday through Saturday 1pm to 7pm. They can be reserved for adoption, but they cannot go home until after their neuters in a few days.
