Remington's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Remington's Story...
Remington is a 1 year old Terrier mix who was saved from a high kill shelter. Now only does he have the best snaggle tooth you've ever seen, but he loves other dogs, big and small! He is curious about the cats in a playful way and lives with a cat in his current foster home. Remington would love nothing more than a family to cuddle with and another dog that will play with him! He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting Remington, please complete an application at www.ruffstarthappytails.org to start the process.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Remington, a Wethersfield Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Wethersfield, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Wethersfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wethersfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wethersfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wethersfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
