My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Walter, and I am a 5 year old male, sable & white Japanese Chin. I am a tiny little guy who weighs just 5 pounds. I am a very sweet boy who gets along well with other dogs, and I love cats. I am special needs, because even though I am very young I have a Grade 6/6 heart murmur, as well as an irregular heart beat. I have been safely neutered and received a dental. I am an independent little guy who likes to do things for myself. I would not make a good dog to be carried around. After seeing the cardiologist it was determined that I do not need any heart medication at this time since I am not symptomatic. I am looking for a very special home that can make sure that I have regular cardiology follow up to keep track of my condition. I am a funny little guy who likes to play with other dogs and my person. I am a little bit dramatic and will make a huge deal out of nail trims and normal grooming.
