Monty's Story...
Yoohoo… Anyone there? Anyone ready to take me home to love me forever and ever? I’ve got my bags packed just waiting for the words, “Monty, you’ve found your new home!”

I’m 5 years old and a petite gal of about 15 pounds. It’s thought that I am a mix of Boston Terrier and Chihuahua (BoChi). Cute, right? I’m very sweet and affectionate and long to show you just how much. I’m very playful and enjoy the company of other dogs. I haven’t been around children but I suspect I’d find them quite fun (not sure about cats). And I’m crate trained and housebroken and know many verbal commands. If you’re looking for a dog that will easily acclimate into your life without much effort, I am for you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Monty, a Greensboro Boston Terrier/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Greensboro, or seeking a Boston Terrier/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Greensboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greensboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greensboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Boston Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greensboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
