Hi, my name is Toffee. My foster mom says that my name is unique because I am a chocolate beagle/hound mix. When I first came home, I was super itchy, my nails were sooooo overgrown and I was almost scared of my own shadow. Now that I am comfortable in a nice warm house with two furry foster siblings I am much more relaxed.
I don’t like to play or run too much but when I get the urge I play until I pass out! When I am out in the backyard I have noticed that foster mom keeps a close eye on me but I think its because if I am alone in there I try to jump the fence to go and find her! I don’t really go far but I know it makes her nervous. I love to cuddle but I get warm fast so I scoot away to cool down a lot.
I am very laid back, know how to sit, stay and sit pretty for a treat, and haven’t had one accident in the house! Foster mom tells me that I am such a good girl every day. I can’t wait to find my FURever home and claim my spot on the bed or couch to nap and snuggle in.
