Ellie May's Story...
Sweet Ellie May is approx 1 year old and 22 lbs, she was found dumped in a park and scrounging for food, she spent a week at the vets getting back into good health, she is a very sweet little girl, gets along well with the other dogs, does not run and play with them yet just hangs out with them, she is very quiet, a bit of a picky eater, but she will eat dry food, she is not a big eater and could do with putting on a few lbs.. she is not fully house trained and will need some work with that, not sure what type of dog she is, her coat is quite curly and is three different shades of brown/tan, could have some poodle or wheaten in her, but whatever she is, she is a really pretty dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ellie May, a Norwalk Poodle (Miniature)/Wheaten Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature)/Wheaten Terrier for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature)/Wheaten Terrier dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature)/Wheaten Terrier breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature)/Wheaten Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
