Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello there!! My name is Betsy – Boo Boo for short. I am a beautiful 5-6 year old Blue tick beagle. I have been in foster care for a while as I have an unusual medical condition called redundant rectal tissue. My rescue and foster moms have had me to various doctors (including a surgeon) to help me with this condition. Surgery is too risky so they decided to put me on a special diet of High Fiber food (both wet and dry). It sure seems to be working since I have been having an easier time of relieving myself.
Now I’m going to let my foster mom tell you about me. “Boo Boo is a quiet dog with energy that gets along very well with her foster sisters. She likes to play and loves the snow! She would fit well into any family. She likes being in her open door crate and goes there on her own for quiet and sleep time. Right now I need to keep her in a crate during the day because of her situation. She is adjusting very well to her new food. After a while you don’t even realize that she has this condition. If you are interested in Betsy and want more information you can contact Penny Angels to get in touch with me. I can also come to Petsmart on Saturdays if you want to meet Betsy in person.”
