Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Believed to be a Saint Bernard/Retriever mix, Marty was rescued from a high kill shelter after the owner registered on his microchip failed to claim him after being picked up as a stray. He is 7 years old and enjoys kids and water! He can be very dominant with other large male dogs, but seems to get along fine with smaller, submissive dogs. He has some hip issues, so making sure that he has regular walks (not too long) and limiting play time is essential to Marty so he doesn't over-do. He is on an over-the-counter supplement for his hips at this time, but may, in the future, require prescription medication to help him live more comfortably. If you are interested in adopting Marty, please fill out and submit an adoption application from our web site at http://www.sunnysaints.org/adoption-application.html and you will be contacted.
Due to the current amount of applications that have been submitted for all of our Sunny Saints, response time on submitted applications may be up to 7 days. Please be patient and we will get to you in the order in which applications have been received.
