Bunny's Story...
Hi Everyone!
We are Buster and Bunny, two darling, friendly and cuddly bichons. Mom says that we are as happy, playful and loving as we are adorable - and that we love people, other dogs, cats and each other!
I'm Buster and I'm the 'man of the house.' Mom says I'm a very outgoing and attractive bichon boy of eight, who is attentive, intelligent and a real teddy bear. (Silly Mom, I’m really not a bear at all! I’m a bichon!) She says I love everyone and am especially drawn to children. I love to play with them. In fact I’ve been known to drop my toy when a child walks by (so I can get them to pet and cuddle with me.) There is no doubt that I have the bestest personality!
BunnyAs for my sister, Bunny, she is a tiny little girl of five (only 12 pounds) who loves all humans and other dogs. She’s a real snuggler and cuddler and I’m more playful. In fact, let it be known right now that I love my squeaky toys. I think soft plush toys are the best gift a bichon could ever ask for! I like to carry them around with me, then bring them to my bed for a little chew time. I’m also very trusting though so if you want to play with my toys I’m happy to let you have them, too! And if you want to play tug-of-war, then I’m your guy!
Mom says we are both mellow, crate trained and affectionate – with people, other dogs and especially one another. She says we have sweet and very animated faces – and that Bunny has the most beautiful brown eyes. (Dad says my eyes are just as beautiful too – and that they sparkle!)
Dad says we love our human brother and sister and pretty much all children. We are really the best of friends and take very good care of one another. We love to walk and go on rides. (Whee, that's so much fun!) Of course that's when we aren't snuggling and cuddling with Mom and Dad – or the kids!
Buster & BunnyOur family says we are very fluffy, loving and special. Bunny is a little extra special because she takes these two little pills every day to keep her feeling good and give her a little extra pep. Mom says Bunny is very good about taking her pills and loves to be picked up and carried around. She loves to run and cuddle and, according to Mom, is the most affectionate, sweet and cuddly little girl she has ever known.
So if you are looking for a darling pair of bichons who are attentive, housebroken, happy and want to please, with lots of love to give and who will snuggle happily with you for hours on end, then please complete our application. We will be waiting to meet you.
Double wags and doggy kisses,
Beautiful, Bewitching Bunny and Bedazzling Buster

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bunny, a La Costa Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise for sale in La Costa, or seeking a Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in La Costa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in La Costa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a La Costa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise breeders who help with Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in La Costa paves the way for another one to be saved.
