My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please pick Patty! She's a one year old happy hound mix that arrived at Friendship in hopes of finding a new home. Patty is as sweet as can be but the staff decided she would be an even better dog if she went through the prison training program before she's available for adoption. Patty will spend approximately 12 weeks at the Grafton Correctional Institute being trained in obedience, manners, basic commands, proper leash walking and also socialization. Patty left for training early in March.

If you are interested in adopting a prison dog, adoption applications are now being accepted. They can be downloaded at www.friendshipapl.org under ADOPT-FIND A FRIEND. A limited amount of apps will be accepted for each Prison Dog. They must be hand delivered to Friendship. If you have any questions, please contact the shelter at 440-322-4321.
