Gypsy's Story...
Gypsy is a petite, young girl who loves her human friends and her canine housemates. Gypsy is coming up shortly on her 1 year birthday, has two blue eyes and a striking red and white coat, and is house and crate trained. Gypsy enjoys tag, wrestling, and running with her canine brothers. She also enjoys walks and runs with the foster family (2 adults and an 8 year old boy).

As a young girl, she still needs a bit of training with regard to pulling on the leash and jumping up with excitement when she first meets other people and dogs. But she is learning quickly - for example, she has just learned her directions so that she can turn correctly on a verbal cue while out on a run or walk. She loves affection and has a very soft mouth when taking treats or toys. She also curls up contentedly on her bed within her crate, or near you in the evening while you are relaxing or working. Gypsy is very happy with other dogs and would probably settle in quickly in a house with another dog. She especially likes to cuddle up next to them on a dog bed for a nap. If you are interested in a very sweet, smaller husky with a great deal of both energy and affection, please contact MUSHR at mushremail@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gypsy, a Minneapolis Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Minneapolis, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Minneapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Minneapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Minneapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Minneapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
