Tilly's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Tilly's Story...
Greetings from Michigan. My name is Miss Tilly and I am a petite 4-year-old girl that knows how to take charge of the situation. In my foster home, I make sure that everyone knows I am the BOSS! I do not need to be crated and learned how to use a doggie door to the back yard in one try. I walk well on a leash and would be a good running companion for you.

I would be best as the only dog in your house as I want all your love and attention. You see, when I came to the rescue I was very upset and confused. I do not know what happened to my family. I am feeling much better now and am ready to make the transition to a new home and family. I promise to be a very good girl for you. The lady who is my foster mom gave me the prettiest pink collar and I must say that made me feel really special. A little TLC and I will be good as gold!

Thanks for reading my story, Miss Tilly

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tilly, a Grand Haven Weimaraner dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Weimaraner for sale in Grand Haven, or seeking a Weimaraner dog from a breeder in Grand Haven.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Haven already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Haven breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Weimaraner breeders who help with Weimaraner rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Haven paves the way for another one to be saved.
