Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Piper is one of those exquisite souls that grips your heart the minute you see the picture and plea circulating out of southern a kill shelter. We in rescue, weep daily for the beauties like Piper who find themselves discarded or lost in their more mature years and end up pitifully stranded in a kill shelter. We are only guessing at her age at 7, maybe 8, or maybe 9? She has a slight limp but still uses the leg. We are getting her the best medical attention in a few days and will give her all the excellent care that she so deserves. The shelter volunteer who has taken her pictures and made great effort to get her out of there, says this: “ Very sweet girl, tail wags all the time, quiet, calm. She was holding up her left front leg but walks on it. No obvious injuries or swelling. Older but still active and smart. Sweet and beautiful girl….HELP HER!” Piper will need a Pointer knowledgeable person. She needs some space to run or explore. She is not a condo or apartment dog unless you have a doggie park every day at her disposal. Piper needs love, commitment and in return you will have a happy future filled with doggie love and admiration. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
