Morgan's Story...
Morgan came to is from Charles City VA animal control. He was found as a stray and no one ever reclaimed him. He is very sweet! Doesn't bark or whine or howl!! He loves everyone and is all tail wags. He does great with other dogs and I am sure he will do wonderful with cats.

He is a beagle/blue tick mix & is approx 2-3 yrs old, 25 lbs, he is now current on vaccinations and is getting neutered next week.

He is great with kids dogs and cats!! He is also believed to be house broken, he is crate trained as well. He loves walks, and does great walking on leash.

If you want a sweet snuggle bug this is the pup for you!

We do require an adoption application, and an adoption fee of $75

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Morgan, a Hampton Beagle/Bluetick Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Bluetick Coonhound for sale in Hampton, or seeking a Beagle/Bluetick Coonhound dog from a breeder in Hampton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hampton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hampton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Bluetick Coonhound breeders who help with Beagle/Bluetick Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hampton paves the way for another one to be saved.
