Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi Everyone! My name is Morton and, not to brag, but I am a great guy. I’m a handsome, housebroken 3-year old. I have lots of ticking so maybe I’m part Heeler too?
I look tough and have a big bark, but I’m really a cream puff. I play all day with my foster beagle brother – we really go at it! So I would do best in a home with another dog that can stand up to some rough and tumble play. I am mouthy when I play and my foster mom is helping me learn that it’s not ok to chew on people!
I’m okay with crating (especially with a chewy!) but I have LOTS of energy so would need a family with a fenced yard for me to run around in and/or devoted walkers. I do walk very nicely on leash but be ready for excitement if I see a squirrel. When I’m done being nutty, I snuggle up next to my people for major petting sessions.
I’m very smart and eager to please so would be easy to train to your routines. I have a big heart and will LOVE LOVE LOVE my Forever Family.
