My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Breed: Shih Tzu
DOB: 2010
Sex: Spayed Female
Weight: 20 pounds

You would think a “little” dog like me would be pretty easy to take care of. Well I am most of the time. And I don’t see why it is a problem if I jump on chairs to get on the table or the counter. In fact, I have found some pretty neat things to play with and to eat when I got up on the tables and counters. If you didn’t want me up there, then you should make sure my agility skills don’t have the opportunity to get somewhere. I have been scolded for things but it doesn’t bother me. I know you still think I am cute and will feed me and take care of me. My foster mom says I am always such a happy girl that scolding just doesn’t bother me because I don’t know how to not be happy.

I have been “sort of” crate trained. Sometimes I am fine when left in a crate but sometimes I get a little anxious. I probably won’t need to be crated once I get use to a new place – that is, if you keep chairs pushed under the table and not next to counters.
