My story

My name is Major – aptly named because I am a major sweetheart! I’m a tan guy around 6 years old, but it would be a shame to overlook me because I’m a tan guy around 6 years old. We make some of the most amazing companions simply because we have to try harder to impress. I’m athletic, smart and ready to go whenever and wherever you want. I’m social and love both people and other dogs. In fact, I was chosen to go home as a foster with a shy guy who was “rescue only” to help him emerge from his shell. That makes me special! So if you’re looking for a darling, special, athletic, social little guy – you just found him. Give me a chance by asking to meet me and I’ll sweep you off your feet as I did countless volunteers at the shelter.

Major is id #14031602 at Power of Chi. Power of Chi adoption fees are $200 for adults and $250 for puppies under 6 months. All Chi's are listed as spayed/neutered, even if they currently are not, since they will be fixed before the adoption is finalized. To adopt a Chi, you must provide one of the following: 1) proof of home ownership (e.g. property tax bill in your name, deed showing title in your name, or mortgage statement in your name); or 2) a rental contract that states dogs are allowed. In addition, all household members (including children) must visit with the Chi you wish to adopt.
