My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gilligan is a nearly one year old neutered male Jack Russell/Maltese mix. He came from the county shelter where he and 6 other dogs had been abandoned. They appear to have all come from a puppy mill and most were filthy and completely matted. Gilligan was better than most of the others. He was terrified at first and avoided any human contact. Within a week of staying in our grooming shop/vet clinic and taking him out on a harness, he has become nearly housetrained and seeks attention from people now. He is more shy than Skipper, but is warming up quickly. He is great with Skipper, who has been his kennel buddy since we got them.

Gilligan is heartworm negative and current on his vaccinations. He has been dewormed and neutered. Now he just needs a new home to realize what a dog's life really should be! (AE)
