Rufus's Story...
Meet Rufus. He turned 11 weeks old on March 25st. At that time he weighed 6 lbs. We have no idea what breeds Rufus is. He looks like a miniature shepherd but his paws are tiny. He has been given 2 sets of vaccinations and de-worming. Rufus loves playing with his littermates and adores being cuddled. There is a $200 adoption donation for this precious pup - $50 will be reimbursed upon proof of spay and micro-chip. If you are interested in adopting Rufus, contact kathi.jackson9@gmail.com to request an application. Meet and greets are scheduled only for approved applicants.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rufus, a Weeki Wachee German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Weeki Wachee, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Weeki Wachee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Weeki Wachee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Weeki Wachee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Weeki Wachee paves the way for another one to be saved.
