Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Copper is a 5 and a half month old Catahoula pup. Even though he is Deaf, he would still make an excellent companion. He is already housebroken and is currently being trained to respond to hand signals. With his laid back disposition, he tends to be very quiet. When he does play, he isn't rough about it.
Because he is deaf, a fenced in home would suite him better so that he can't wander. Also, deafness isn't a disease and does not make him unhappy. Deaf dogs thrive everyday and live very exciting lives. It is quite common, especially in this breed, to find deafness in puppies.
