Gibbs's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Gibbs's Story...
Gibbs is a sweet little guy that we think was dumped at animal control from a puppy mill. He is about 5 years old and has really adjusted to home life well. He does well with other dogs, cats, and small children. He would prefer a fenced yard and someone that is home with him a lot. He really doesn't like being crated. He does have heartworms though and would need to continue on his heartworm treatment/preventative in his new home. We will explain more in detail to serious adopters. He has been neutered and fully vaccinated ,dewormed, and treated for fleas and ticks. Won't you give this little guy the opportunity to have the home life he has never had? (AE)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gibbs, a Washington Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Washington, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Washington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Washington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Washington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Washington paves the way for another one to be saved.
