*~* In addition to socialization and exercise outside the home, Britta requires a home with an enclosed yard that will provide plenty of space for exercise. *~*
Britta is a female Pointer mix puppy only 11 months old. She is already a nice sized girl, weighing in at 45 pounds. She will probably gain another 10+ pounds to reach her adult weight of approximately 55 pounds. Britta has a beautiful short speckled liver and white coat and clear green eyes. She is a super loving pup that just wants to please. She is also sharp and learns quickly. She already knows how to sit (will sit and wait before entering and exiting front door), lays on command, give high-fives and is housetrained. She is extremely affectionate and submissive in nature. She will do anything for praise and love. She is up for whatever you are. She will snuggle in your lap and be mellow or eagerly go out for a walk, run or to the dog park. She gets along nicely with other dogs, small or large. Britta is good with children and loves to be hugged and will show her of gratitude of affection to anyone with sweet kisses. She will play with toys and is quick to catch on to new games. One of her favorite moves is to roll onto her back for a belly rub with her big paws waving in the air. Britta is intelligent and highly trainable. She is a beautiful young dog. Britta was brought in to a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where we rescued her. Britta will walk nicely on leash at your side without pulling and definitely sticks close to those she knows for confidence and support. She will undoubtedly make a very loyal, devoted pet and companion. Britta is very healthy and ready for her new forever home today!
Britta’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Britta is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Vince and is ready for her forever home.
