My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

IDGSR WELCOMES ANNIE INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!!

Annie came to IDGSR out of another local high intake shelter,

as is the all too common story, Annie was no longer convenient and

a burden so the owner took her to the shelter which is almost certainly a death sentence.

Annie is a very sweet Shepherd mix, approx. 55lbs. She gets along great with other dogs just fine.

She crates and is well behaved in the home.

Annie loves people and attention and she loves to snuggle and will make a great companion. She is a medium energy dog and easy to handle and she comply's when you ask her to do something.

While she will do well with any family, make a great walking or running partner,

an older couple could handle this approx. 1 yr. to 18 month girl no problem.

If you would like to make Annie a part of your family, please copy and paste the link below to our online application.
