Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chance is such a sweet, good-natured, happy little Cocker Spaniel boy, and he is waiting for his forever home. He is a friendly, playful little boy who is 5-6 years old, and he is great with people, including children, and he is also good with other doggies. As you can see from his face-on picture, Chance has terribly calcified ears, a result of years of neglect. He cannot hear any more, and the ear canals are completely blocked. We cannot even get medication in to help with the infection brewing inside! He is going to have bilateral ear surgery next week, however, and soon he will be feeling so much better, and his ears will be able to lie more normally on his head. Chance is fostering in Murietta near Temecula. Please contact Ann Cockers2Love@yahoo.com for an application or more information.
We are trying to raise $1,000.00 to help pay for Chance's surgery, and we have raised $700.00 so far. Anything you could donate to his surgery will be so very helpful--no amount is too small, and every little bit helps and is very much appreciated. Since we are a 501c3 organization at Cocker Connection (Tax ID#1653911, The Good Dog Foundation of Southern California, DBA Cocker Connection), your donation is completely tax-deductible. You can send a Paypal donation via the link on our web site (www.cockerconnection.com) or via Ann's Paypal (Cockers2Love@yahoo.com), or if you would prefer you can send your payment to Animal Medical Center in Corona, California 92882 (261 S. Lincoln Ave, Ste. G.) Please be sure to tell them that your donation is for Chance under Cocker Connection. Their phone number is 951-493-6771.
