My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The first step is to fill out an application. You will find it here at: http://www.caninecupids.org/adopt-.html.

Opal is an amazing pup! She loves to romp and play. loves bully sticks, and just generally being a puppy. She does typically tire herself out and at the end of a good play session she loves nothing more than a good snuggle session with her human. She loves cats, other dogs, playing...as a matter of fact there isn't much she doesn't love. Though she's never been around kids her foster mama is certain she'd be great with them since she has such a sweet demeanor. Overall she's a sweet, fearless, and spunky pup who is looking for an amazing furever family that will appreciate not only her good looks, but her personality as well. Could you be the family for her? Submit an application and find out!

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Adoption Fee: $350

All of our dogs are from the Milwaukee, WI area. We have no shelter but rather all our dogs are in foster care in private homes.

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our adoptable Cupids we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We think what is more important is to get to know each dog as an individual and then do our best to describe each of our adoptable Cupids based on their personality in order to determine if they will make a good companion based on your lifestyle. We dot like a dog to be "labeled". Dog behavior is not a breed thing exclusively. It is a complex mix of nature and nurture.

All Adoption Fees Include:

Veterinarian Examination and Health Report
Certificate of Veterinarian Inspection
Heartworm Test (if age appropriate)
Heartworm Prevention
Distemper Combo Vaccination
Bordatella Intranasal Vaccination
Rabies Vaccination (3 months and older)
Spaying/Neutering
Worming
Microchip
Complimentary Collar
$10 off Classes with Behaviorworks
Lifetime of Support from Canine Cupids
The love and companionship of a new best friend!
