Meet Ms Patty. At only 6 months old she was turned into animal control after being hit by a car. She was in a lot of pain an animal control called us asking us to help her quickly. We could not resist so we took her in and rushed her to an orthopedic specialist. The fracture was displaced and in a place that was very hard to fix. After discussing various options, we decided she would have a better life as a tripawd than with a not well healed fracture. She has now undergone and is recovering well on her way to a happy life as a tripawd. Dogs do wonderfully on three legs so we expect a full recovery, but this is an expensive procedure with a long recovery and we need help covering the cost.
