Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there! My name is Molly. I am about 1 year old and weigh approx. 26 lbs.
I spent part of the long cold winter on my own until I was picked up by a shelter and then came to my foster home.
I was a bit timid and shy at first, but came out of shell thanks to my foster siblings. Foster mom says I'm really smart and learned basic commands pretty quick.
I love to play! I love having other dogs to wrestle, chase, and play with. I am also learning to fetch, but sometimes forget to bring the toy back! If no one (human or canine) wants to play, I will toss a toy around and chase it and just have a good time on my own. I can get a little loud when playing so I may not be a good match for apartment living.
I have not been around any really little kids since being in my foster home. I would probably be okay with older kids.
I am learning about walking on a leash. Hopefully now that the weather is getting warmer, my foster parents can take me out more so I can practice what I've learned!
Even though I love to play, I also know when it is time to settle down. I will lay near you or snuggle up with you, if allowed.
So, if you are looking for a sweet, cute, active companion, I may the one for you!
