found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Buster was surrendered to a local shelter by his owners, as they did not have time for him. The shelter asked for ESRA's help, so Buster was taken into our program and is settling nicely into his foster home.
Buster was reported to have been an outside dog, but he is acclimating to being an inside dog just fine! He is almost totally housetrained now, and he loves the praise and treats he gets for going potty. This suggests that Buster will be be able to learn other behaviors and commands without too much trouble, as long as his new family is committed to working with him. Buster is crated while his foster family is at work, and he has kept the crate clean.
Buster gets along great with all the cats and dogs in his foster home. He loves to snuggle with his people, and he really likes to ride in the car. Buster went to PetSmart for the first time recently, and the automatic doors surprised him! He just loved all the attention he got from the store's visitors.
This handsome boy craves the love and attention that a caring family can give him. He's ready to find his true Forever Home--could it be yours?
Please note that an approved adoption application is the first step in a more thorough interview process that is designed to match each dog to exactly the right family, and that the final decision rests with the dog's case manager.
Please read the Adoption FAQ and get an Adoption Application approved before inquiring about Buster.
