My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kurt is one of those rare dogs that you meet and you immediately love his smile, his bright and engaging personality and his willingness to please. And all of this happiness was still intact after he was in a rural kill shelter that doesn’t treat the dogs well at all while there! We had to ask ourselves, why was this beautiful German Shepherd boy in a shelter? He is the sweetest, most easy going, total lover you will ever meet! Kurt is 2 years old, 55 pounds and is very smart. Someone loved him at one time, it’s obvious from his love of people. He knows sit, he fetches, stays and shakes. Kurt is a super dog and adores anyone who will look his way and give him a kind word or pat on the head. He walks pretty well on a leash and rides in a car like a rock star. His foster mom adores him and only wants a super home for this boy because he in return, will be a SUPER STAR as a dog. Another plus is that his energy level is mild but yet still playful.
