Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Skipper, a 12 month old, 45 pound Red Heeler boy that’s as smart as a whip. He picks up on tricks and training in no time, so don't be surprised if he rolls over or does circles. He stays while you walk through the whole room and he loves to play ball and Frisbee. He is housetrained. He is a puppy through and through and knows how to counter surf and is rewarded by everything you forget to put up. So he will need help curbing this kind of search and steal behavior, and you need to keep your counters and tables clean. What a concept! You can almost call him a service dog - helping you tidy things up. Kongs and chew toys will curb his appetite searching for things to do. At the place where he is staying, he loves the baby goats that are in the house being bottle fed and chases after the chickens if they fly over the fence, but he stops as soon as you call him back. He has not hurt any of them. Skipper will make a loving dog that also wants to snuggle with you. He will try to jump on the bed, but you can easily show him to get off and he will sleep on his dog bed. He is still a bit shy with a lot of traffic and on the road, so this will need some practice in the city. Critter Cavalry can help with training tips. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
