Hello from Cali. I’m a 10-year-old Golden girl of 68 pounds who is looking for a new home. My owners gave me to a 90-year-old relative when they moved away. The lady was really pleasant, but just couldn't keep up with me. I ended up at the Colbert County shelter and now I’m here, waiting for you. Cali in Greek means “most beautiful,” and when you look at my photo, I hope you’ll agree. When you meet me, I hope you’ll think I’m beautiful inside and out. I’m good with other dogs and doing well with the nice dog in my foster parent’s home. We have fun together and I bet I’d have fun with your dog, too, if you have one already. I’m house trained and have always been kept inside, so I know how to mind my manners. Everybody has been so nice to me, but with all the moving around, I’d really love to find some place more permanent to live, where I could settle in with someone. Could that someone be you?
