My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Jack and I am a 1.5 year old border collie/pointer/husky mix. I am already neutered and I’m looking for a happy, loving home where I can enhance my human’s life. I love to play ball with my human so I can run like the wind. I also love to go on hikes, play on the beach and any other places my human goes. I also love play dates with my other dog friends and I have a lot of puppy energy but if another dog (or human) tells me too back off I will. I’m very happy and affectionate but sometimes I lack confidence but when my human tells me I’m a good boy I know I’m doing something to make them happy with me. I have some basic obedience and I’m learning more and more every day. I’m looking for my forever human so we can go out and play together and then maybe get some tummy rubs and snuggle time when we settle in for the evening. I don’t get into things I’m not supposed to so I don’t create any extra work for my humans. I sleep on the floor or on my bed next to my human so I’m no trouble there. I think I might be claustrophobic so I’m trying to get used to being in small spaces and I think I will get better as I gain more confidence with my humans teaching me I’ll be safe with them.

Jack's adoption donation is $350. He is completely vetted, has a microchip and is living with a trainer! Love A Mutt is a 501c3 public charity. All monies collected go to help other dogs in need, in and outside of our rescue. We cannot guarantee the breed or temperament of any of our rescue dogs.
